Last weekend we decided to visit The Maleny Botanical Gardens which we had visited around 2 years ago. We were keen to see how much it had changed as most of the plants were young when we had first visited. Now they have an animal corner with a Donkey, a Shetland Pony, a sheep, goat, chickens & Turkeys. All seemed to take the attention of the public very well & seemed happy for you to pat them. They have also opened a huge aviary with loads of different Parrots & birds which were very inquisitive & friendly, most were happy to sit on you waiting for their photo to be taken.
Afterwards we treated ourselves to tea & scones which were lovely.
