I cannot believe 4 years ago I planted my first Lomandra, in neat little rows which was hard going, because the slope was so steep. A few times I slid down the bank still clutching handfuls of Lomandra I was about to plant. The years have gone by & the once cared for slope became overgrown & neglected, due to one thing and another. (which was driving me mad. )So after looking at how bad it was for so long, I decided to start clearing the weeds etc, also giving the Lomandra a much needed haircut. I was really pleased with the end result. I still have a long way to go before it’s finished. Hubby has recently laid down a foundation, ready for a stone wall he’s going to put in at the bottom of the slope.
I’m getting super excited, cannot wait until it’s completed.
